If you’re eligible to receive these benefits, you will be able to register your flight here before travelling. Our Flight Status Alert service will begin monitoring properly enrolled flight real-time 48 hours prior to the flight’s departure and will push notifications by email to the registered user. Such automated notifications may include enrolled flight’s departure date and time, terminal information, gate information, as well as any change to the above information. In the event of a significant flight delay of more than two (2) hours affecting enrolled flight and registered traveler, Comprehensive Flight Delay Benefit service shall notify registered user via email of the flight delay; and provide registered user with a voucher to access the airport lounge, if such lounge is available and accessible at the airport.

No, only primary traveler needs to be registered to receive Flight Status Alerts and Comprehensive Flight Delay Benefit. Alerts will be sent via email to that person and, if lounge access voucher is issued, voucher will allow primary traveler and up to six (6) travelers on the same itinerary to access the lounge. Please note that the lounge access voucher will be valid only for 24 hours from issuance and only for an airport where it was issued. Primary traveler will need to be present to access the lounge.

Lounge access is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee all alerts will be perfect.
